When will my points accrue?

Your points accrue after you pay for your pick-up, in-store, or delivery order. It can take up to 24 hours after purchase for your points to appear on your account. If you still don’t see a previous order, reach out to customer service at cs@nativeroots.com.

Can I redeem multiple rewards and bonuses at the same time?

Yes, you can redeem multiple rewards and bonuses simultaneously, given that each reward or bonus does not have any specific restrictions or conditions that prohibit combined use. $15 credits are limited to 5 per transaction.

Do points and rewards expire?

Yes. Birthday perks must be redeemed during your birthday month. All other credits expire 6 months after you accrue them.

What is the difference between a reward and a bonus?

Rewards are earned based on spending (150 points = $15 credit). Bonuses are intermittently awarded (birthday, Garden Club member appreciation, holidays, and other random occasions).
